Ladies Night Out! Get fit, snack and sip!
The evening will start with a class to soothe sore muscles, develop body awareness and practice mindfulness. After class we will enjoy snacks, cocktails and mingling. We will have some wine and snacks to share and you are also welcome to bring some goodies:-)
Lunch and Learn- Bringing Mindfulness to Motherhood
Carly McDade , local Marriage & Family Therapist and Yoga Teacher will discuss the benefits of bringing mindfulness and meditation into Motherhood. Carly will lead the group through some simple breath and movement exercises to help ground and center us.

Rebecca McDermott, MS, LMFT, will lead us in a workshop to strengthen our relationships with our spouses in midst of our busy lives as parents. Thursday 10/18/2018 6:00-7:30 pm. Childcare available with advance registration.
